Working under her mother's tutelage, Charlene began working part-time learning all phases of the business and front office of dentistry while working a full-time management position with the McDonald's Corporation. For over 20 years Charlene has thrived in the dental field full-time working in both private practice and community settings. Charlene is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling the concerns of the patients and staff, aiming to provide a favorable outcome for all. She is compassionate, has a positive personality, and a radiant smile, which makes it easy for others to voice their matters with her. Additionally, Charlene leads by example, encouraging teamwork and a positive work environment. When not working, Charlene loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and giving back through volunteering.
